Chevrolet wanted to reimagine the future of the dealership and create a highly personalized experience.

We partnered with Stimulant, Eight, and Eleven to give customers intuitive, natural control over their shopping experience in the form of a suite of interactive touchpoints within a 7,000 square foot prototype dealership.

The result was a an innovative approach to shopping housed in a 7,000 square foot environment that featured eight interactive touchpoints and enabled consumers to explore the dealer inventory, customize their car, and discover the breadth of automotive technology that distinguishes each vehicle.

Better Experiences through connectivity

Beyond the eight interactive touch points, the cornerstone of the experience was a bespoke RFID network that powered each exhibit with individualized content and functionality. After checking in each customer received a fob and at each touchpoint, the app or the fob saved all the customer’s shopping choices to a personalized report.

As customers moved throughout the dealership, the RFID network delivered live analytics and shopping data to the dealership staff who used that information to provide tailor-made support.
